Delivery charges will be calculated as the items are being added to the basket. You can see what the charges are by clicking the shipping estimator at any point during the shopping process to show the costs for the items in the basket at that time. If your order is over £30 we will send it free of charge.
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately to advise we have your order in our system. You will not be sent delivery details until your order has been dispatched.
We endeavour to have all orders placed before 1pm to be dispatched the same day. Once the order is dispatched you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your consignment. Most of our UK deliveries will be made by DPD, you will receive a text confirmation with an estimated time of delivery from the courier. Please make sure you leave your mobile number when ordering online so that DPD can send you a confirmation text message. We use other couriers from time to time depending on size of your order.
At ECO Lights we try our up most to keep our customers happy. We will do our best to have your goods delivered in the UK next day, however we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery and can not be held responsible for any delays incurred by our courier service. In most cases, goods will be received the next day if ordered before 1pm but occasionally can take up to 2-3 days. Please only contact us if you have not received your goods after this time.

While we hope you’ll be happy with your ECO Lights products, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know. This policy applies to everything you buy from ECO Lights. Please read this before sending any products back to us.
That’s no problem. We’re happy to offer a full refund on most products, as long as it’s within the return period. You must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving it. We are committed to producing and selling high quality products, but sometimes something may have happened and you need to return the products. This is where our customer services team are here to help. We will require the faulty or damaged goods to be returned before we can arrange a replacement. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is an issue with your order.
If you receive an incorrect order or an omission on your order when you receive delivery, we must be notified within 7 working days of receipt. If you fail to do this you may compromise your right to a refund.
We do require that the products are returned unused in a saleable condition in the original undamaged packaging. We expect you to attach a copy of your receipt with the products, once the products have been checked we will give you a refund of the original purchase cost. Please note that we do not refund the cost of returning any goods.
